TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RSPs

IRCTC Reserved Rail e-Ticketing Services

1. The RSP must provide correct and valid Aadhaar, PAN, mobile number, email ID and address for registration.
2. The RSP ID, password and OTP are strictly personal and must not be shared, transferred or used by any other person.
3. The RSP must follow all IRCTC and Ezypay rules, guidelines and instructions applicable to rail e-ticket booking.
4. The RSP shall use the RSP ID only for genuine customer railway e-ticket bookings and shall not misuse the system.
5. The RSP must clearly inform customers about IRCTC charges, agent service charges and applicable payment gateway charges.
6. The RSP must display the Certificate of Authorization and required rules/charges at the registered outlet.
7. Any change in the RSP's registered address, mobile number or email ID must be immediately informed to Ezypay.
8. The RSP must maintain customer confidentiality and must not misuse or share customer information.
9. Any fraudulent activity, misuse of RSP ID, unauthorized booking or violation of IRCTC rules may result in suspension or termination of the RSP ID.
10. The RSP shall maintain good business ethics and professional conduct at all times.
